Biography
Scott Hargrove won the 2013 USF2000 championship with Cape Motorsports, continuing the team's dynasty. He led most race laps throughout the season and secured the title by 17 points over teammate Neil Alberico. Hargrove went on to race in IMSA and Canadian racing series.
